No Silver Bullets to Software

Good read below.

'I believe the hard part of building software to be the specification, design, and testing of this conceptual construct, not the labor of representing it and testing the fidelity of the representation.'

Agile is not a project management methodology, it is a software development methodology.

Agile is not a project management methodology, it is a software development methodology. It is an approach to developing software in a team environment. You can still have and maintain many of the metrics for a project as well as maintaining scrum (or whatever flavour of agile you use).

To all PMs out there, don't confuse the two!!!
